At TRVSHCVNMVNS 3D SHOP, we take pride in producing quality 3D-printed products. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

We accept eligible returns on standard, non-custom products within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.
• The return must be approved before the product is shipped back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error.

Custom-designed, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production begins.

Customers may request cancellation before design work or printing begins.

If work has already started, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually, and charges may apply for completed design work, materials, or production.

Custom orders remain eligible for appropriate remedies if they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved specifications.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

For verified defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors, we will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

The 7-day reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

3D-printed products may naturally contain visible layer lines, minor surface variations, support marks, or slight color differences.

These characteristics are normal results of the 3D printing process and are not automatically considered defects.

Products that do not meet their advertised specifications or intended function will be evaluated separately.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after approval. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Please contact us before sending any product back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused. Return instructions and the appropriate shipping address will be provided after your request is reviewed.
