Welcome to TRVSHCVNMVNS 3D SHOP. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, purchases, and requests for custom 3D printing and design services.
By placing an order or submitting a custom project request, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
TRVSHCVNMVNS 3D SHOP offers ready-to-ship products, made-to-order 3D-printed products, custom printing, and 3D design services.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including dimensions, materials, colors, and intended applications.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines, support marks, surface variations, and slight color differences may occur. These characteristics do not automatically constitute manufacturing defects.
Orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, and product or material availability.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders involving pricing errors, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, intellectual property concerns, or projects we cannot reasonably fulfill.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Custom projects may require customer-provided measurements, photographs, drawings, specifications, or other information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving important project details before production begins.
Changes requested after approval or after production has started may result in additional costs and extended production times.
Custom-order cancellation and refund eligibility are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, subject to applicable law.
Purchasing a custom 3D-printed product does not automatically include the STL file, CAD file, 3MF file, or other digital design files used to create that product.
Digital design files are provided only when:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original digital designs created by TRVSHCVNMVNS 3D SHOP remain our intellectual property to the extent protected by applicable law.
If digital files are provided, the customer's permitted uses, including any reproduction, modification, resale, or commercial manufacturing rights, will be determined by the applicable written agreement.
Delivery of a digital file does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property ownership.
Customers submitting STL files, CAD models, logos, photographs, drawings, or other materials represent that they own those materials or have permission to use them for the requested project.
Customers retain ownership of their preexisting intellectual property.
By submitting materials, customers authorize TRVSHCVNMVNS 3D SHOP to use them as reasonably necessary to evaluate, design, manufacture, and fulfill the requested project.
We will not sell or publicly distribute customer-provided design files without permission, except where legally required.
We reserve the right to decline projects that may infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
Original product designs, digital models, branding, logos, photographs, and other creative works developed by TRVSHCVNMVNS 3D SHOP remain our property to the extent protected by applicable law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a physical product does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially manufacture our protected designs.
Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with their intended purpose and any provided instructions or warnings.
3D-printed materials have limitations involving heat, strength, impact, chemical exposure, and environmental conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not certified or represented as suitable for safety-critical applications where failure could result in serious injury or property damage.
Customers should contact us before ordering if they have questions about a product's suitability for a particular application.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and order cancellations are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Custom and personalized products may have different cancellation and return conditions once production begins.
We handle customer information according to our Privacy Policy.
Information and files submitted for custom projects are used for legitimate business purposes related to the requested services.
We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability, and website content as needed.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that all content will be error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TRVSHCVNMVNS 3D SHOP is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from product misuse or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our business practices change.
Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of previously accepted orders unless permitted by law and appropriately agreed.
